• Day 2: A related framework you can apply the same day.

• Day 3: A pattern-recognition lesson (e.g. spotting a bad deal or a bad hire).

• Day 4: Something on discipline, energy, or ritual — the operating-system layer.

• Day 5: A decision-making framework you'll use within 48 hours.

• Day 6: A capital, negotiation, or leadership concept.

• Day 7: A synthesizing lesson that ties the week together.

By day 7, if the ritual has stuck and one lesson has changed a real decision, keep it. That is the signal.

What surprised us

The single biggest surprise is what's *missing*: no gamification chaos, no social feed, no leaderboards. It respects the user's time in a way most consumer apps don't.
